Northwest Omaha Real Estate market. There were 179 sold (closed) homes in Northwest Omaha area for the month of November 2018,  down 12% from October 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 179 to the current 435 active listings, the area has 2.43x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market.  The area is defined as Highway 680 and West Dodge Rd, north to Washington County border, West to 180th, then South to West Dodge Road.

North Omaha Real Estate market. There were 109 sold (closed) homes in North Omaha area for the month of November 2018, down 13% from October 2018.  Comparing last month sale rate 109 to the current 166 active listings, the area has 1.52x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market.  The area is defined Highway 680 & Maple, East to Missouri River, North to the Washington county border.
