Millard area homes for sale in SW Omaha.  There were 171 sold (closed) homes in Millard area for the month of October 2018, up 23% from September 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 171 to the current 227 active listings for SW Millard. The area has 1.33x months’ inventory on the market, improved slightly from September 2018.  This rate indicates a strong sellers’ market.  

West Omaha area homes for sale.  There were 44 sold (closed) homes in West Omaha area (192nd & Dodge, west to the Platte River and South to Sarpy county line) for the month of October 2018, down 8% from September 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 44 to the current 159 active listings, the area has 3.61x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market,

Elkhorn and Waterloo area homes for sale.  There were 43 sold (closed) homes in the Elkhorn and Waterloo areas (180th & Dodge, west to the Platte River and North to Washington county line) for the month of October 2018, up 54% from September 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 43 to the current 155 active listings, the area has 3.60x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market.
