Northwest Omaha Real Estate market. There were 204 sold (closed) homes in Northwest Omaha area for the month of October 2018, up 23% from September 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 204 to the current 456 active listings, the area has 2.24x months’ inventory on the market. This rate indicates a sellers’ market. The area is defined as Highway 680 and West Dodge Rd, north to Washington County border, West to 180th, then South to West Dodge Road.
North Omaha Real Estate market. There were 125 sold (closed) homes in North Omaha area for the month of October 2018, up 13% from September 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 125 to the current 208 active listings, the area has 1.66x months’ inventory on the market. This rate indicates a sellers’ market. The area is defined Highway 680 & Maple, East to Missouri River, North to the Washington county border.
