Comparing last month sale rate 81 to the current 131 active listings, the area has 1.62x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a strong sellers’ market.

Downtown Omaha homes for sale.  There were 17 sold (closed) homes in the downtown Omaha area for the month of April 2018, down 26% from March 2018.  Comparing last month sale rate 17 to the current 52 active listings, the downtown Omaha area has 3.06x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market. 

District 66 homes for sale.  There was 44 sold (closed) homes in the District 66 area for the month of April 2018, up 7% from March 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 44 to the current 60 active listings, the area has 1.36x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market.
