Comparing last month sale rate 87 to the current 164 active listings, the area has 1.89x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market.

Downtown Omaha homes for sale.  There were 17 sold (closed) homes in the downtown Omaha area for the month of November 2018, down 11% from October 2018.  Comparing last month sale rate 17 to the current 78 active listings, the downtown Omaha area has 4.59x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a balanced market. 

District 66 homes for sale.  There was 56 sold (closed) homes in the District 66 area for the month of November 2018, down 2% from October 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 56 to the current 85 active listings, the area has 1.52x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market.
