Millard area homes for sale in Sarpy county.  There were 36 sold (closed) homes in the Millard-Sarpy area for the month of October 2018, down 5% from September 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 36 to the current 47 active listings, the area has 1.31x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a sellers’ market. 

Springfield, NE homes for sale.  There was 4 sold (closed) homes in the Springfield area for the month of October 2018. Comparing last month sale rate 4 to the current 29 active listings, the area has 7.25x months’ inventory on the market.  This rate indicates a buyers market, which is skewed do to the lack of sale data for this area.
